1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing showffice facilities or using our website, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Membership and Access

Membership is personal and non-transferable unless otherwise agreed in writing. Access credentials (keycards, app access) must not be shared. showffice reserves the right to suspend or terminate access for violation of community guidelines or these terms.

3. Payment and Billing

All fees are payable in advance unless otherwise stated. Monthly plans auto-renew unless cancelled with 30 days' written notice prior to renewal date. Day passes and hourly bookings are non-refundable once consumed.

4. Community Guidelines

Members agree to:

Treat fellow members and staff with respect
Keep noise to a reasonable level in shared areas
Keep personal areas and shared spaces clean and tidy
Not conduct activities that are illegal, disruptive, or harmful to others
Report damage or safety concerns to staff promptly

5. Liability

showffice is not liable for loss, theft, or damage to personal property on the premises. Members use all facilities at their own risk. showffice's total liability to any member shall not exceed the total fees paid in the preceding three months.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on the showffice website — including text, images, logos, and design — is the property of showffice and may not be reproduced without prior written consent.

7. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh.

8. Amendments

showffice reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of services after updated terms are published constitutes acceptance of the changes.
